ABOUT US

Regen Facades is an experienced Façade & Passive Fire Protection team capable of delivering highly complex building remediations (acting as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer) - we have been appointed by Bellway Homes to undertake a range of fire safety remediations to various parts of your buildings.

Regen Facades actively works with developers and housing associations to help deliver safer buildings.

YOUR RESIDENT LIAISON TEAM

The Resident Liaison Team will:

Be the first point of contact for residents with matters relating to the fire safety remediation works and co-ordinate all responses to the resident with information from the Project Team.
Ensure that residents are provided with information about the fire safety remediation project and kept up to date with progress through clear channels of communications. This will include progress updates via the monthly newsletters which will be published and shared with the mailing list (please email the Resident Liaison Team if you wish to be added or removed from this mailing list at any time).
Arrange access with residents as needed to undertake surveys, facilitate the fire safety remediation works & inspect any issues reported.
