Welcome to the dedicated website providing regular updates on the Phase 1a facade remediation works at Prospect Place and specifically relating to the following:
- ACM cladding replacement to Blocks A, B, C, D1-4, E & T.
- Insulated render & spandrel panel replacement to Blocks D1-4, E & T.

Regen Facades is an experienced fire safety contractor and we were appointed to undertake Phase 1a of the facade remediation works at Prospect Place (as detailed above) - works to Phase 1a were completed in August 2024.
