ABOUT US
Regen Facades is an experienced Façade & Passive Fire Protection team capable of delivering highly complex building remediations (acting as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer) - we have been appointed by Bellway Homes to undertake a range of fire safety remediations to various parts of your buildings.

Regen Facades actively works with developers and housing associations to help deliver safer buildings.

YOUR RESIDENT LIAISON TEAM
The Resident Liaison Team will be your first point of contact for all communications relating to the fire safety remediations, and they will coordinate all responses between you and the relevant construction/stakeholder team.

You will receive monthly progress newsletters (these will be posted to your address at Prospect Place, uploaded to this website, pinned to the notice board in your building, pinned to the notice board at the site office, and emailed to the resident and leaseholder directory).
Please email the Resident Liaison Team if you wish to be added to or removed from the directory at any time.
